The "modus operandi" of Edil SCM is to always carry out one or more preliminary inspections of the building, then entrusts the energy analysis to a thermo-technical surveyor. Once all the characteristics have been analyzed and the appropriate assessments have been made, the specifications of the works to be carried out are drawn up, and divided in relation to the corresponding bonus (90% superbonus, sismabonus, restructuring bonus, etc.). Only at the end of all the appropriate evaluations will the complete estimate for the renovation be created and delivered to the customer. The estimate must comply with the regional partial rate in order to be verifiable by the bodies appointed by the State, ie having verified the consistency of the estimate prices with those of the market.
